Liability Release Information

This year there is the option of signing a Release of Liability or a No Release of Liability. If you choose the No Release option, there is a $50 fee for the Ski No Release and/or a $25 fee for the Tubing No Release, to be added to the regular pass price. You can view the Season Pass Release form, the Season Pass No Release form, the Tubing Release form and the Tubing No Release forms here. All liability forms and the Pass Assurance form will need to be signed and submitted at the time you pick up your pass.

 

 Refund Policy

Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Black Friday Specials and Mogul Mite Lesson Packages expire at the end of the season in which they are purchased.

Optional Season Pass Assurance: $20

Protect your pass! This option allows you to safeguard your pass purchase’s pro-rated value, less a processing fee, should a covered problem such as injury, medical condition, or job change (requiring change of residency greater than 120 miles) prevent you from enjoying the season in its entirety. Season Pass Assurance is $20 per pass holder and is available for purchase up until you pick up your pass.
