When it comes to outdoor adventuring during the winter season, everyone knows that Sunburst has all the thrills! And guess what, that doesn’t have to change with the seasons. Because as the snow melts, we’re amping up to be your host with the most! Book your event at our Ski Chalet and get ready for the most fun, the most excitement, and the most happenin’ time you and your guests have ever had!

Our three-level rentable ski chalet is a spiffy rustic lodge that overlooks our ski hill, complete with a bar and edison-style string lights—for awesome ambiance, of course. Spacious enough for gatherings of up to 200 guests, our space allows party people to enjoy Sunburst to the max, even in the middle of July!

It’s summertime—soak up that Sunburst sunshine! Not only does our ski chalet have open-concept barn wood architecture (and a cash bar on the top floor), but there’s also an outdoor patio for all you nature-loving party people! Grab a drink and veg out by the firepit for a summer evening under the stars.

AWESOME ADD-ONS AND AMENITIES

All rentals include tables and chairs, patio access, Sunburst bartenders, and an on-site event coordinator to help with anything you need! And if you want to go big, we offer full scale catering, additional buildings for more space, and steller amenities like outdoor fire pits and a sound system. Please book your event at least 14 days in advance for optimal planning. Contact us for more info on party package pricing and add-ons!

Pricing:

Fridays & Saturdays: $750 (8 hour reservation minimum)
Sunday–Thursday: $400 (4 hour reservation minimum)
Every additional hour: $75

When it comes to grub, we’ve got you covered. Sunburst’s Catering, powered by Davians, offers party-planners a stress-free experience so you can be cool as a cucumber on the day of your event. Check out our wicked-good menu of beef tips, chicken breast, and more! We have options for a la carte eaters, those looking for a buffet, and even those looking to sit down for an upscale meal (based up availability). If all those options don’t fit your vibe, feel free to bring your own food! Just make sure all outside food is from a commercial kitchen and is approved by Sunburst before the party kicks off.
