Outside Operations Crew
Are you tired of doing the same thing every day? Do you like mechanic work? Do you pay attention to detail? Sunburst is currently looking for snowmakers and snow grooming team members. You will be expected to be motivated and work productively on your own and as a team. Whether you’re looking to gain experience or you’ve previously worked in mechanics, snowplowing, farming, or construction, our full and part-time positions are ready to welcome you.
Seasonal pay starting at $17 per hour based on experience.

Ski School Instructor / rental Tech
If you love getting out on the hill and want to share your passion for the sport with others, this is the job for you! Help youngsters and newbies grow into ski and board lovers just like you. If you’re friendly, professional, and always ready to help, become a Sunburst Ski School instructor and share your expert knowledge!

Guest Services Crew
Consider yourself a social butterfly? As a member of our guest services crew, you’re the person our customers look to for guidance. Communication is key to this role as you’ll have to relay important information in person and over the phone. With a friendly attitude and knack for conversation, you’ll knock it out of the park!

Tubing Attendant
Join the Sunburst team this winter! We’re looking for friendly, dependable Tubing Attendants to help keep our tubing hill safe, organized, and fun for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting guests on the tubing hill
- Monitoring lanes and helping ensure guest safety
- Providing friendly customer service
- Keeping tubing areas clean and organized
- Working outdoors in winter conditions
- Following all Sunburst safety procedures
Applicants should be dependable, energetic, comfortable working outdoors, and available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks.
